Terms of Use
Last updated September 9, 2026
By accessing or using GPP Lab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
GPP Lab provides analytical tools for daily fantasy sports research, lineup construction, simulation, and review. You may use the service only where doing so is lawful and only if you can form a binding agreement.
The service is for informational and entertainment purposes. It does not provide financial, gambling, or legal advice, does not guarantee contest results, and may contain errors or become unavailable. You are responsible for your entries, decisions, and compliance with contest rules and applicable law. Gamble responsibly.
Your uploads and data rights
You retain any rights you hold in files and data you upload. You grant GPP Lab a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, parse, transform, and otherwise process that material only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the service for you.
Each time you upload material, you represent and warrant that you own it or have all permissions and licenses needed for this processing. Do not upload confidential information, personal data about others, unlawfully obtained material, or content from a paid or restricted source when its terms do not allow this use. Attribution by itself does not establish permission.
Projection snapshots are scoped to your private workspace and are not made available to other workspaces. Deleting a projection snapshot removes it from your workspace immediately and marks it for permanent purge after 30 days. Legal, security, or backup obligations may require limited retention where permitted by law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, probe or disrupt its systems, access another person's workspace, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the service in violation of law or a third-party agreement.
GPP Lab may restrict access, remove material, or suspend use when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, or legal rights.
Third-party services and no affiliation
GPP Lab is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official integration of any third-party data or content provider.
Third-party names are used only to identify compatible formats, contest sources, or factual data provenance. All third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners. Your use of a third-party service or data remains subject to that provider's terms. Source-specific attribution and license links appear on the Data Sources page.
GPP Lab materials
Except for your uploads and third-party materials, the service, software, interface, branding, and original content are owned by GPP Lab or its licensors. These terms permit personal use of the service; they do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, or redistribution of the service.
Takedown and rights concerns
To report material that you believe infringes your rights or violates these terms, email thegpplab@yahoo.com. Include your name and contact information, the material and its location, the basis for your concern, and any supporting documentation. GPP Lab may request additional information and may remove or restrict material while reviewing a report.
For other questions about these terms, use the same email address. You can also return to the GPP Lab home page.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or contest performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPP Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits or winnings; lost data; or decisions made using the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These terms may change as the service evolves. The date above will be updated when they do. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
