Data Sources

GPP Lab combines public and user-supplied football data, then normalizes, aggregates, and transforms it into research metrics. Source data may contain errors or change after it is collected.
nflverse
Schedule, play-by-play, roster, participation, injury, and selected advanced-stat inputs are retrieved through the nflverse ecosystem. GPP Lab modifies these inputs by resolving player and team identities, filtering and aggregating game events, and calculating its own historical and research features.
The nflverse automated data repository is made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license. Source releases and project information are available from nflverse-data. This attribution does not imply endorsement by nflverse or by an underlying data owner.
Individual feeds available through nflverse can carry source-specific terms. GPP Lab tracks those feeds separately rather than treating the nflverse software license as permission for every underlying dataset.
DraftKings-compatible contest data
GPP Lab supports DraftKings NFL Classic salary, lineup, and contest-result formats. Slate salary and player-status inputs may be obtained from DraftKings endpoints by an administrator or supplied through a user-exported CSV. GPP Lab transforms those inputs for player resolution, availability checks, lineup construction, simulation, and results review.
DraftKings owns its services, marks, and content. GPP Lab is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official integration of DraftKings. Use of DraftKings services remains subject to the applicable DraftKings terms.
Your projection and contest files
Projection files are supplied by individual users and are private to the uploader's workspace. Uploaders must represent that they own the material or have permission for GPP Lab to process it. GPP Lab does not endorse or certify a user-supplied source.
More information about upload rights, processing, deletion, and takedown requests appears in the Terms of Use.
